Well you don’t have to, of course, but over the past 20 years I have worked in the fitness industry teaching classes and training clients in the hopes of helping them lose weight.

Year after year of training, I began realizing that real transformations don’t happen JUST from working out. I grew up thinking the more you exercised the thinner you would be. This was my eating disorder mentality and I thought for years that this was the only way to lose weight.

Nowadays my focus has shifted to food and how what you eat, when you eat and how much you eat has a major effect on Fat Loss. “You can’t out-train a bad diet.”

I’ve suffered from extreme gut health issues from my years of under eating and have learned how to heal my body with proper nutrition and supplementation.

I am an avid exerciser. I just love it, it’s in my blood but now I know how to fuel my body properly to avoid the many pitfalls I have experienced over the years. I’m on a mission to help ambitious people like yourself reach the next level of health and fitness in their life and dominate the rest of the year!

Why did I create this Program?

A few years back I decided to upgrade my education and start learning about the human body more and how stress and food affect fat loss. After working with countless women at the gym I owned, I knew this was the key to help them reach those fat loss goals they had been striving for.

Since working with clients 1 on 1 in Nutrition and stress management, I found there was a common theme. The first 90 days were the toughest because there was an Adaptation Phase that most people needed to be guided through and educated on in terms of training and nutrition.

So here's the problem...

The online nutrition and fitness space is filled with BAD MISINFORMATION and there is so much out there at your disposal that it’s hard to know what you should listen to.

One person tells you to do Intermittent Fasting. Another one tells you to do Keto. Another one tells you to follow this simple cookie cutter meal plan, so how can you really know what works and what doesn’t?

In the end you pay for all of this information and you end up right back to where you were, feeling frustrated and even more confused.

So why is all of the information FAILING you?

Simple. It is not a long term solution.
