I’ll guide you step by step through these 90 days where we focus on habits and lifestyle changes to reduce the stress on your body and balance your hormones. I will show you exactly how to eat and train so that you can regain your health back and feel stronger than ever. This means we are focusing on HIGHLY EFFECTIVE methods that are time tested, and proven to work.

The Balanced Bodies Program works in three phases:


  • We address why your body is feeling the need to store fat.
  • Create healthy habits around food, sleep and digestion.
  • Learn how to eat for your body.


  • We will work on balancing hormones and creating a clean gut environment with gut protocols and specific dietary changes for your needs.


  • We address how you will make this a lifestyle and something you can carry on for your life.

This program is not a quick fix. Balanced Bodies revolves around eating whole foods and implementing sustainable, lifestyle changes to help you for the rest of your life.

What’s Expected Of You

2) You will be required to take weekly check in photos to be used for data as well as progress pics (would love a testimonial when you look in the mirror and love what you see)

3) When life gets tough, which it will, run to me and not away from me

4) I will not chase you but am here when you need me for support. I can't help if I don't know what is wrong!

5) Check-in 3x weekly, complete your logs and engage with the group. You will be more successful.

Continuous Movement

Throughout the course of the program, we will focus on incorporating daily movement into your routine. We start with light exercise (such as walks) and work up to weights and guided video workouts. The focus is on building strength and lean muscle mass through continuous movement modules.

Within the Balanced Bodies program, you will gain exclusive access to our Fitness 360 Online video library! This includes hundreds of guided workout videos led by myself and two other instructors, with new live videos posted every week.

Why would you listen to me?

Well you don’t have to, of course, but over the past 20 years I have worked in the fitness industry teaching classes and training clients in the hopes of helping them lose weight.

Year after year of training, I began realizing that real transformations don’t happen JUST from working out. I grew up thinking the more you exercised the thinner you would be. This was my eating disorder mentality and I thought for years that this was the only way to lose weight.

Nowadays my focus has shifted to food and how what you eat, when you eat and how much you eat has a major effect on Fat Loss. “You can’t out-train a bad diet.”

I’ve suffered from extreme gut health issues from my years of under eating and have learned how to heal my body with proper nutrition and supplementation.

I am an avid exerciser. I just love it, it’s in my blood but now I know how to fuel my body properly to avoid the many pitfalls I have experienced over the years. I’m on a mission to help ambitious people like yourself reach the next level of health and fitness in their life and dominate the rest of the year!
